Apprenticeship Selection Process
Step One
CV Screening
Up to date Agent Licenses.
Step Two
Online Interview
Cross Examination of Qualifications with references. These references will be checked before moving forward.
Step Three
3 - 5 day training on compassionate mind. Paid by Agent.
These training days are to integrate Agents into the LFR ethos of services.
Step Four
1 day Face to Face Interview
At the end of the day a offer will be made.
