Dion Karepa Lucre, born 7th July 1975, has built a life driven by curiosity, challenge, and performance under pressure.

From an early age, he was drawn to adrenaline and high-intensity environments—whether in competitive study, pressurised kitchens, sales environments, policy work, or deep consultancy roles. That same drive has shaped a life of global experience, including travel across Australia, the UK, Cambodia, and Thailand, alongside a passion for climbing, exploration, and physical challenge.

Alongside his professional journey, Dion has always been deeply engaged in sport and family life—from supporting his children in football and music, to embracing the emotional intensity that comes with performance at every level.

This blend of lived experience, resilience, and high-performance environments underpins his leadership style and the foundation of LFR: practical, driven, and centred on real-world understanding of pressure, performance, and well-being.
